Dear Mr. Avinav, I am tony, a tenant who rented a house through your agency last month. The heating system has stopped working from last 10 days. I am writing this letter in regard to a problem with the heating system. I rented this apartment everything going well. But suddenly a few days back the heating system stop working. The issue is that the system is simply dirty air filters and has a dirty bowler and causing equipment failure. I was also given a complaint, it has been a week now and neither has anyone contacted me nor the issue has been resolved. As the weather is too cold in my area, I want to know if it could be clean and replace the blowers as soon as possible. If you can send your personal staff to check, I will be available tomorrow.
