Dear Madam, My name is Alexandra Petrova and I am a regular visitor of your swimming pool. I have been visiting your pool for 2 years and I was so glad to go to this place every day. I am writing to complain about accident, which had happened this Monday. That day, in the evening, I was in swimming pool with my smaller sister. I was swimming, while my sister was sitting near the pool and she decided to join me. When she was almost at the water, unfortunately, she treaded on something very sharp. Then I found out that it was a piece of glass. My sister hurt her leg very badly and later we went to the hospital to sew up this wound. I suggest to you to apologize to my sister, because now she can’t go to school due to her hurt. Also I will be so grateful if you could check floors in your swimming pool.
