Dear SirI am writing to express my concern about my rented house. It has four bedrooms and i share it with two more students. But, it has several issues regarding maintenance which i need them to be repaired on prompt basis. I rented this house two months ago. It is quite spacious so I thought to share it with other students. It was alright till one month but after that i faced several problems with its drainage system and electricity. I had replaced some lights and fans but some are yet to be done. The drainage from the kitchen and washroom is pathetic and i have to clean it everyday as the water flows backwards when we wash anything. Moreover, the shower leakes and has rusted. I would like you to help me in sorting these issues out as early as possible because being students we do not have extra time for cleaning daily. Besides this, kindly assist me in searching another student as i find the rent is out of my budget. I have to struggle alot to make my ends meet.
