Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing this letter to seek accommodation in the snowy mountain for group of students from Perth. We are expected to be in Snowy Mountain between 10 June and 15th June. There are 14 people, five men and seven women and two couple who will be part of this trip. The five men will be opt for dormitory whereas women will be happy to share the rooms, However 2 double room would be required for the couple. We hope to keep our expenses minimal. Requesting you to tell me about the recreational activities activities that would take place in the area. The group will carry their own boot for bushwalking, But we might be hiring some equipments for other sports like snowing. Some group will rent geographical picks and other equipments. Apart from this we would also like to know about access to caves and other interesting geographical features in the are. I am looking forward to receiving information about the student hostel services and other facilities soon! As there is merely any time left with us before the trip begin it would be grateful of you to send us the necessary details at your earliest so we can confirm the booking before the rates increase.
