Dear Mr. John, I hope this letter finds you with good health and prosperity. I’m writing in response to your complaint about the noise coming from my flat. At present, a construction work is going on inside our flat as we are renovating the house with new flooring and cupboards. Another reason for the noise is because of a music competition that I have next week, and you know as a musician I have to practice for long hours. So, these are the two reasons for the noise coming out from my house. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and sorry for not informing you about it in advance. I will try my level best to avoid this situation. As a solution, I have planned to continue my practice using headphones instead of keeping it on loudspeaker.
