Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding Invoice# 12345, I recently purchased a study table from the xxx Store but unfortunately, the table is faulty. I did contact the shop to complain about the issue and they advised me to send my complain in writing. So, The main problem with the furniture is the balance, the table is slightly bent towards the left side which makes it uneven and also the fact that the surface of the table is not as smooth as expected. I tried to place the table in a different room just to be sure and also used a measuring tape to measure the height of different legs of the table, to my surprise one of the right legs of the table is longer than the left one. I expect someone from the shop must visit and check the table, do proper analysis and replace the table with a new one. Regards, Jasmine
