Dear M. Jackson, I am writing to you in regards with the Employee of the Year award. I believe, this year, M. Abbott should receive this price. M. Abbott is the financial planning and analysis leader of the finance team. He has joined the company two years ago and has several responsibilities such as preparing monthly financial statement, analyzing the company's activity and supervising the finance team. I remember one time I worked with him on the Octopus project. I was intervening on the IT aspect of the project and M. Abbott was leading the latter. He explained to all of the participants how the project should be deployed and lead us throughout the project. In my opinion, M. Abbott deserves the award this year mainly thanks to his investment on this major project but also because he has a good comprehension of the company. He also is in a continuous improvement process not only for himself but also for his entire team. For all these reasons, I think M.
