Dear Paul, I am writing to complain about my recent stay in your esteemed hotel. As the weather was quite chilly at that point in time, the inadequacy of the heating system simply leads to disappointment and inconvenience. Let me explain the situation in more detail. Due to last moment booking and the lack of availability of rooms, unfortunately, I had to stay on the top floor of the building, which didn't have the cooling system up-to-date. Because of this event, I shivered the whole night and ended up with a fever in the morning the very next day. One remedy I took in order to overcome excessive-cold is to take a lot of blankets. For instance, I took around 5 blankets from the hotel reception but everything went in vain. In conclusion, I would like to get a refund as compensation for the horrible experience I had while staying with your hotel as it'd set an example of high customer satisfaction among other customers.
