Dear Sir / Madam, Firstly, thanks for your spending time to take a look at my letter. A brief introduction, my name is Quang Huy and I have just stayed at your Green Hotel - room A101 - for 2 days. I am writing this letter to seek your advice about the weather here and to inform you that the air - condition in my room doesn't work. No offense but I have to say that the air - condition in my room is quite obsolete and it is just like sitting at the corner and collecting dusk. To be honest, this inconvenience truly drove me crazy last night because of the heat from the weather.
