I am writing a letter to complain about the heating system in the hotel.
I stayed in St. Regis hotel last week from 20th-21st December and my room number was 308. The weather was freaking cold and the temperature was around 4 °C last week. Therefore, I went to the hotel immediately after the meeting. When I checked in, I found that the heating system was not working well. I could not monitor the temperature and called the front desk for help. A handyman came in and tried to fix it. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. I called the front desk again and asked for changing room. However, they could not make it because the hotel was fully booked. Consequently, I slept in my colleague’s room.
I am disappointed on the arrangement that day. I understand that it was impossible to change a room for me. Nevertheless, I did not receive any feedbacks and supports. I hope the service quality can be improved. Moreover, hotel staffs should do normal checking every day before check in. It would save our time and improve your hotel’s image.
