Dear Sir, I am a guest of your hotel, room number 502. I am writing to complain you about the heating/cooling system of this room, which is not appropriate. The main problem is that the Air conditioner is not works properly, Sometimes it makes room very cold and takes a lot of time to rise the temperature while sometimes it creates hotness in the room and not letting down the temperature soon. I complained at the reception with receptionist available at yesterday's morning to overcome the problem but, they fix it on a temporary basis, and I am facing the same problem since evening. Kindly, take some major actions towards this issue. I would like to suggest you to either fix it permanently or give me some other room to live in else I could change the hotel.
