Dear Mr. Jones,
I am writing to complain about the inadequate heating facilities in your hotel rooms. I stayed in your hotel last month for 1 night during a business trip, and I was allocated room 5A, which is a deluxe suite.
Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, I had to wait at the front desk for an hour to check in. When the room was allocated, I was surprised that the heating system was not working. In addition to this, there was a bad smell coming from the vents, which made my stay uncomfortable.
Although this issue was reported to the front desk and a room change was requested, no solution was provided. Fortunately, I had carried a portable heater. Obviously, its effectiveness was limited, which meant that I was cold the whole night.
In order to resolve this issue, I would like the management of the hotel to immediately repair the heating system, and I would also like refund of the amount I paid.
