Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you about a problem that caused me to miss my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Berlin on the 3rd of March, 2021. I arrived at the airport in Kuala Lumpur at 9pm sharp, and the taxi driver dropped me off at the main gate of the airport. I then walked over to the information booth at the airport, so as to get the right directions to the location of flight terminal’s gate, and the person in charge requested that I give him my plane ticket and passport. It was at that time that I realized that my tiny carry-on bag was missing, and, along with it, my ticket, passport, and other identification cards. Because my passport was missing, I was not allowed to board the aircraft that night. I went outside to look for the taxi driver that brought me to the airport, but after two hours of waiting outside to find him, I discovered that he was searching for me to return my bag. Sadly, by that time it was too late as the airplane had already departed, so I was forced o reschedule m flight which made me have to delay our meeting. I am requesting your kind assistance in refunding the cost of my ticket or at the very least helping me to obtain a new ticket instead.
