Dear Manager, I recently stayed in your hotel at Sydney two days ago in room 261. I am writing this letter to inform you about the inconvenience caused me due to the inadequate cooling/heating system at your hotel. As you know, these days the weather is unusal but the hotel's cooling system was set according to the hot weather outside, however, it was too cold at night that I had to take three blankets while sleeping and yet I was feeling cold. I was so uncomfertable due to the high temprature of air conditioner. Due to this I got cold and cough. I would like to request you to please ask your staff to always keep checking the weather outside and then change the temperature inside of the hotel so guest of hotel stay comfertable inside.
