Dear sir/madam I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards fews critical issue in public bus service. I am using public transport from past 3 years from tuxedo court to downtown for my office. First, in past two weeks, buses are making recurring delays which is affecting our arrival to the workplace locations. In brief, few buses are not even arriving on time. Many times, I had to wait more than hour and then i had to took taxi to reach to office. Finally, Some of the buses are full when they arrived which results they can not take more passengers. This situation forced me and other commuters to either take congested bus and stand all the way in miserable condition or wait for next bus. I suggest that you should add extra buses on busiest locations of the city to accommodate all the passengers and manage timetable rigidly.
