Dear Mr Kings, I had recently visited New York City and stayed at the New Hotel Park. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the heating system during my stay. I was staying at the hotel for two weeks starting on the 1st of October. During the second week, it got very cold and started snowing in the city. I turned on the heating system provided in the room and to my disbelief, it would only heat up to a certain temperature leaving the room to remain very cool. I called the hotel reception to inform them of this but they said maintenance would take a couple of days as everyone got snowed in. I had to ask room service to provide me with extra blankets and even had to purchase some warm clothes as I was unprepared for this weather. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and would like to visit again in the summer but I do hope you can provide me with better rates or a discount for the discomfort I felt last time.
