I am writing this letter to complain you about the difficulties faced by me due to the non-functioning of the air-conditioning system during my stay at your hotel last week.
Let me explain to you the situation in detail. At the time of check-in, I was allotted a room with a faulty cooling system. I realized that there is a water leakage in the air-conditioner when my luggage got wet because of the water leaked from the air-conditioner. I immediately informed the house-keeping staff about the same. He assured me that it would be resolved shortly.
However, the issue was not resolved by the end of the day. Due to this, I had to shift to another hotel as there were no vacant room available in this hotel. This resulted into an additional cost for me.
I would urge you to refund me the charges paid to you for booking of hotel as I didn't stay there due to the issue in the air-conditioner.
