Dear Continental Management Team, I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the issues faced by me during my stay, last week. Room 104 on the second floor was reserved for me but unfortunately the room was not maintained properly before it was offered to me and during my stay as well.
Let me elaborate the problems faced in more detail. The electronics in the room did not function properly. As, the temperature was below 0'C during nights it was extremely difficult for me to have a pleasant sleep. Further, the cable network was out of order all the time. As I watch news before sleeping every night but it was not possible as well. The room service was satisfactory because no standards for detailed cleansing were maintained. Further, the managers were not at all supportive because they did not listen to the complains properly. Therefore, this lead to the stance that no resolution of a single complaint was made during the last week.
I request you to kindly review all the problems faced by me and offer me a refund for the poor services. Moreover, there is an utmost need to train your human resource staff regarding customer dealing and complaint handling.
