I am writing this epistle that i am very much unsatisfied with the service, as still facing same issues as previously it was.
Let me explain my situation to you, 2 weeks ago, i came to your service center shop to repairing my computer screen and CPU body. I shared the reason that,
by mistake it was felt by my wife. Then next day i came to your shop and one of your team member John smith had told me that it would take about a week to
to restore completely.
Although, I was very happy that your customer care team call me especially that my computer issue has been resolved, but just after 2 days i saw that the screen
and Body has some cracks on it. I called your team but no response and nobody is picking my call. Another day, i talked to your service team to repair it again or
reimburse the amount; But they denied as it was against their policy as i need to pay again.
Your repair is very reputed and Heard very good reviews from my friends, but i am not very much satisfied with the response from your repair and customer service team.
Kindly look into the issue or Refund my money back.
