Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express the impression our company had after the meeting organised in the main meeting room of your hotel last week. To begin with the positives, the attendees highly appreciated the professionalism of the staff, who were very helpful and quick in organisational matters. The technical problem that we had with our company laptop used for presentation was very quickly solved by your team. As for the negatives, we were very dissatisfied with the lunch menu that was changed at last minute without proper prior notice. The problem was that despite we requested a menu consisting of mostly vegetarian food, the revised menu did not provide a big choice in this regard. The food is clearly an area for improvement going forward, and we would recommend to expand the meal list to accommodate the different needs, including vegetarian and halal food. Yours faithfully,
