I am writing to bring to your notice, a wrong item dispatched to me after placing an order on your online store. I had purchased a T-shirt on your online shop, on 29th March 2021. I opted for a 'small' size with colour black. The quantity that I purchased was, 2 T-shirts.
I received the delivery this morning and, when I opened the package I was disappointed to see two grey T-shirts. Although, the size of the clothes is 'small', the colour is not the same, I had selected while placing the order. One of the button of the T-shirt was missing and was torn.
On this account, I would like to request the store manager to take a cognizance of this incorrect order as soon as possible and, send me the correct coloured T-shirts. I am hoping that the turn around time would be very quick. While replacing the product, please send it to the address mentioned in my previous order.
