Last Monday, I ordered earphones for my mobile phone Samsung A51s via your website. I was extremely excited when I received the order but in no time it turned into disappointment it was completely opposite of what had been promised during the purchase.
In relation to the specifics of the order, I made the purchase through your website called “Mobile Gadgets” on March 1st using my PayPal account. The order number is 172435 and I am attaching a copy of receipt with this letter.
To begin with, I placed an order for grey colored earphones but to my surprise the product received was green in color. Moreover, as soon as I plugged in the earphones I discovered that only one side was working which is a manufacturing defect. Being a valuable customer of a reputed eCommerce company, I can never expect this kind of service as I have made quite a number of purchases earlier as well and never faced this kind of challenge earlier.
Since I really want this product because of its amazing features and reasonable price so as a resolution, I would like you to kindly replace the product as soon as possible as it carries six month warranty period.
