The booking was done, on 15th February, 2021. It was the latest version of Note series that is Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I made order for white in colour. Payment was done through my CITI bank credit card. As promised, I was delivered the item on 18th Afternoon. I was elated to see my new phone. I took a picture to upload on social media site. when I activated, everything went smoothly. However, suddenly after a playing a video there was no audio. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had made the purchase for my holiday vacation to Europe.
