Mainly, the battery compartment was broken on one side and therefore, battery cannot be inserted properly. Furthermore, the product I received is in beige colour which is not the one I ordered.
In view of the above, I kindly request you to send me a replacement item in the same colour. Moreover, all the related shipping cost should be under your account. I hope you can send me the new one within one week time.
