Dear Sir McDonald I am writing to complain about your service which I recently had from your company. I had my car repaired just two days before, unfortunately it doesn't work well, although it was tested. On the 21 December I went to the car repaired company in order to have my car repaired. You were suggested as the best mechanic at that company, and I decided that my car would be in a good condition after your repairing. After 2 days of tasting my car was working properly. However it was lasted only for 3 days. Now my car again in unmovable condition. I would like you to examine the machine fully and to avoid the problem. Otherwise, unfortunately I will be forced to report about this to Customer Service Association which is responsible for this kind of problems. I look forward to receiving a reply as soon as possible.
