Dear Mr James I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction about the poor service of your auto service company. In fact, I expected a better service from auto service company of your reputation but it was not what I waited. Last week I visited your company for making a strange noise of my car when I utilised it. In addition it was smelled of oil when I moved fast. After one day I received my car without these problems. When I was driving for checking up it was worked properly. However, when I utilised it after two days there seemed to have been malfunction while it was working. Furthermore, it was shaked when I was moving in roughly roads. I am looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter.
