Hi my name is saarthi pandey, I recently took an admission in one your crash course of making healthy dishes. I must say that it was a delight to complete course under the guidance of such expertise and experienced chefs, all in all my my family and friends enjoyed and found appetizing to dishes which I learned and baked for them on one of the yoga campaign held at my house.
Specially these dishes are helpful to maintain certain parameters of our health well being like cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes. I found quiet positive results among the ones whom I made the dishes. Addition to that all the ingredients are easily available online or at grocery shop which make the course more feasible to opt. I would like to suggest institute to have classes on the festive and continental foods as the season of festive is yet to come and we can prepare ourselves in advance for that.
