You asked me to tell you about my personal experience in sport. I’m active person and I like to try everything new. I have tried several kinds of sport in my life. Dancing brings me the most pleasure. I have been dancing since I was five years old. I took part in various competitions and championships. Moreover, advantage of that was traveling. I visited a lot of European countries when I participated in competitions.
Also, I have tried swimming. There are a lot of benefits in this kind of sport. It strengthens your muscles and works your whole body. In addition, it helps you to relax and feel free from any problems. Now I prefer going to the gym. It is good not only for my body, but also for improving my mood.
Generally, sport occupies a vital role in our life. It keeps us fit, healthy and makes us active. The secret to having a healthy and positive lifestyle is to have a positive mind and body. Sports is such an activity that it can be taken up by anyone. At any age and any point in life. It is just important to find the one, that would be like a cup of tea for you.
