Dear Madam, I am Ishika Goyal. I am articulating this epistle to request you to issue a duplicate Computer Science Engineering course certificate which I did in your college in 2020. I have completed the Computer Science Engineering course in your college from August 2016 to May 2020. On 10th of January, I got a call from college to receive the certificate. Therefore, yesterday I came to college with my brother to take it however after going back to my home in public transport, suddenly that transport met with an accident and somehow police reached on time and rescued everyone. However, me and my brother got a number of injuries and owing to the accident, I lost my course completion certificate. I need it extremely urgently on account of I am working in IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore organization and they are asking for it. If I will not provide them prior to next week, then maybe they will release me from the company.
