You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter, • describe what you enjoyed about the course • say how much cooking you've done since the course • suggest another cookery course you'd like the school to offer

Dear Sir/Madam, I attended a short cookery course in your institute last month, it was about 50 breakfast menus. Although the course duration was two weeks it was intensively taught by the chef Hariraam. I am writing this letter to express my gratitude and how this course has helped me since then. I must admit that I never thought that a short course such as this will aid me in my morning hours to reduce the time spent preparing breakfast. The most amazing thing about this course is that the institute hired a renowned chef to address the class; for instance, the tutor demonstrated ten varieties of dishes out of wheat. Another joyful thing is that the recipes showcased required less than 45 minutes to prepare. Since the course completion, I have tried almost every dish taught by the instructor. The best ones are instant wheat appam, wheat naan, and momos. Because of this crash course, my morning hours are less stressed and I can leave for my office peacefully. If given the chance I would like to join another session at your institute, and it will be great if the course is on ‘zero oil snacks’. If it is possible kindly consider my request as it would be welcome by many women. Yours Sincerely, Deepika
