Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my feedback on the short cookery course that was offered by your school. Recently, I completed my three months basic cooking course at your institution. I believe that I have made the right decision to learn cooking at your place. To be more precise, the classes offered was an eye-open to learn the elementary cooking methods. Your planned and conducive environment helped me to gain a new experience. Moreover, teachers from renowned star hotels helped me to learn and perfectly enjoy while cooking. In fact, the course itself was exhilarating! The immediate result of your classes has led me to practice cooking on regular basis. Besides, my parent complemented me for the south Indian dishes that, I prepared last weekend. Furthermore, I have decided to cook at least one meal every day. To conclude, this is to say that I was highly satisfied by the course. I would also like to suggest you in offering more classes on desserts. I am keener to learn desserts like my other batch-mates. Looking forward to hearing from you, Yours sincerely, Nancy
