Dear Sir, I am writing this letter in reference to your appeal to all the residents of the city, Toronto, to suggest a place to build a swimming pool in the locality. I am really elated by the news that the local council is going to build a swimming pool in our city. This is a need of the day because many children these days are leading a sedentary lifestyle and turning into couch potatoes. This effort would definitely encourage them to take part in outdoor activities. Regarding the location to place the pool, I think the centre of the town is a perfect place as it would be more approachable to outside the town. Moreover, children can go on their own without parents as it would be at a walking distance from their homes. I think any place outside the city would not be as good as the centre of the city because of its approachability. Apart from this, security is the key concern if children go alone, especially for children under the age of 10. I hope you take my suggestions into consideration while deciding upon the location of the pool. Yours faithfully, John Smith
