Dear Manager, I'm sara, I'm writing this letter to share some of the pros and cons which I experienced in your hotel. I stayed in a double suite room for 3 days and 4 nights during the last week where I supposed to visit the city for the conference which in Downtown. The best part of your hotel is it located in the center of the city which is quite easy to access the city within 5 minutes. The view from the hotel room was good as I'm able to view the entire city through my room windows also the room was much spacious. However, I found some of the discomforts during my stay. As I reached the hotel at 11'o clock the night I felt tired so I ordered food and asked for room service but the staff refused and asked me to take have my dinner in the food court, thus I felt difficult. Also, I booked for conference hall for my business gathering but at the last minute, the staff informed me the hall was not kept ready for the meeting, which made me feel embarrassed. In my personal experience, I felt you to a suggestion like providing room service and making your staffs more attentive towards the guest will improve your hotel. Other than these kinds of flaws, I had a good time staying in your hotel. I hope to visit again without to your place without any discomfort. Thank you, Sara
