Dear Sir or Madam, Last month I had a chance that I join your School's Cooking Class. It was given by Michelin Star Chef Mr. Gordon Ramsay. When I first hear the name of the chef I was so excited. Because I really interested with Michelin Chefs classes. I had too many classes by populer chefs and ofcourse it's improved my skill and vision. Due to my cooking classes experience I would like to take your attention to some organisation issues. I would have mentioned there was a too many trainee at school, nevertheless cooking area was not big enough. We learned many things from him, for instance, we learned how to make gnocchi, french soup and different cakes. But class was so crowded and noisy. Therefore sometimes we couldn't hear eachother and couldn't understand. Especially nowadays we have to be more carefull about social distance and hygiene issues because of the corona virus. However class joiners will not care about distance, at least you can keep less number of trainee for next cooking class. If I compare with the other cooking class organisations you have to develop your course organisations with these kind of feedbacks from us. Thank you for your time.
