I am a loyal customer of your fashion store in Hanoi, but I am writing to complain about a poor customer service that I have experienced at your shop relating to refund policy.
I ordered a dress on your website on 15th February, it was three days ago. Unfortunately, when I received the product, I found it had a hole just under the collar, and it made me so disappointed.
As soon as I recognised the fault, I went to your store and asked for replacement or refund. It made me quite shocked and even annoyed when your staff told me that I could not get any refund or exchange.
I am writing to demand your answer and especially for a refund. The dress is unwearable, and the service is really bad. Therefore, I hope you could kindly pay your attention and consider this matter seriously.
