Dear Mr Smith I am writing this letter to inform you about one of the items I bought from your store last week which malfunctioned. I purchased a new PS5 gaming console from your store on 13th February 2020. Although, the console itself is great, I started having problems with the controller on the same day of the purchase after I set it up. According to the manual provided with the unit, the controller is supposed to turn on the console from rest mode but that function isn’t working from day one. I tried rebooting and other troubleshooting processes written in the manual but it felt like I was just beating around the bush.
