Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to let you know about the problem I faced while using the kitchen equipment which I purchased from your shop. The equipment is a Mixer grinder. The Mixer grinder blades are not sharp to grind a coconut. I also thought of trying that from the spare blade which was given to me along with the product, but it didn't work. While purchasing, I had clearly mentioned to your sales executive about the purpose of use and they offered me this product with ensuring that it would serve the purpose. Along with that the other issue I faced is the noise, the mixture grinder makes lots of noise when operated, not performing as specified in the catalog. I had called your shop to raise the query, but your customer executive didn't take interest to listen to my query. I had tried calling your shop several times for the follow up but no one responded. After trying for a week your executive connected me to technician but their approach to resolve this issue was not satisfying. I would request you to provide me a replacement for the product with a better one. Your faithfully, XYZ
