Dear Sir,
I am writing in concern concerning to missing an international connecting flight due to delay of flight of your airline. I am a business person and I do travel a lot, last week I was set to travel from Ahmedabad to London via Delhi. However the flight between Ahmedabad to Delhi was delayed by 3 hours due to a technical problem faced by the aircraft which led to miss my flight which was set to London from Delhi.
As a result, I had missed my important meetings and had to reschedule them which had made my company a bit of loss. Moreover, now I need to wait for more 3 days before the next flight. Additionally, it will cost me an extra as I have no place to stay in Delhi for 3 days.
In order to compensate, I would like the airline to bare my stay at Delhi and rebook my ticket to London as clearly due to technical problem of on your aircraft has made me missed my flights. Likewise, I hope you can understand my situation as I am not willing to spend more due to a problem in which your airline was responsible for. Looking forward for your prompt response.
