You recently bought a camera while travelling overseas. When you got to your destination you discovered that some important items were missing from the box. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter in the hope that you will help me with the problem regarding the camera recently bought. On 20th September 2020, I bought a DSLR Camera worth Rs. 40, 000 from Pune Highway mall where the sale was on the electronic products and others too. After buying, I started travelling toward Mumbai. While travelling I didn't check the box or unboxed it. I didn't open that box on the same day as I was exhausted. But when I unboxed the Camera I noticed that the camera battery is missing from the box. The palace where the battery is empty. I requested you to help me with this case as I am not returning to Pune. You are representative over there so that you can help me to get back my camera battery.
