Dear sir/madam, I am an Intern of textile company who attended a meeting last night at your hotel. All the arrangements and efforts by your staff members was remarkable. The main purpose of writing this letter is that I forgot one of my most important document in your hotel. I remember very clearly that the folder was in my hand throughout the meeting. After the tea break I got a call from my brother that my mother is not well I rushed to the hospital and I was in so hurry that I forgot my papers on the tea table. The file contain all my original education certificates along with my licence and identity card. These documents are basic requirements to apply for further studies in designing University. I will be really thankful if you will help me to find my stuff.
