Dear Mr. Jones, I have received your letter regarding the complaint you have for the noise from my house on last saturday. I feel very ashmed for it. It was my birthday on last saturday and my girlfriend and other friends have thrown a surprise party at me. They came with woofer speakers which was being played at high level. Also, my friends were laughing and singing loudly. I have also knocked the doors of my immediate neghbours to pass by at party. I sincerely apologise for the trouble caused. I understand the fact that noise at late night causes problems to all. I have informed to my friends for not arranging such parties at my home.
