Dear Mr Ya As you know, I attended a conference a week ago. I found that it is really informative and useful, consequently, I am writing to request for permission to give a presentation to our whole team. The presentation will be held as a sharing section similar to the one we usually have, but a bit longer. I am expecting it will be last for 20 to 30 minutes. I am going to firstly give a brief introduction on what is the purpose of the conference. Then I will emphasize on some key points that I found it is interesting. After that, I will illustrate with some examples, which I am preparing, to express the ideas on how to make use of those things I learnt. Last but not least, a question and answer section will be given. Hope both my teamates and I will have benefits through out this presentation. I look forward to your reply soon. Your Sincerely Sam Chan
