Dear Smith, I'm Namitha Johnson, who resides in your appartment 30 Malta Avenue. Hope you are doing good. The reason for writing this letter is because I'm left disappointed about the utensils of the apartment, especially the furnitures. When you lent this home to us you told that all the appliances are brand new and if anything happens we can contact you. For the last two weeks me, myself tried lot of time reaching out to you but was unable to get any response, even I tried to contact your office, but nobody was available there.
