Dear Sir/Madam, I am Shelly Watson and I write this letter to you to express my dissatisfaction with the painting work done by your team recently at my home. We have assigned the agreement for painting my whole house including front gate to backyard. The work is completed earlier than mentioned period. I was so overwhelmed by this. However, when I checked my house after the painting completion, I found out that walls of my master bedroom’s balcony are not fully painted. It seems like they have just done coating only, as, the previous colour’s layer is clearly visible. Additionally, workers have not removed the stains of colour droplets from the floor. These stains are stealing the beauty of my newly polished flooring. Therefore, I would like to request you please ask your staff to correct these messy mistakes.
