A complain letter. One of my neighbours' son broken my cars window joWqp
Dear Madam, I am writing to express my consern about your elder boy's bad action about my car which happened two days ago in the evening. The firs promlem was that your son tried to break the windshield of my car. Because he was interested in a toy air blower which dispersed the fragrant scent inside the car and wanted to get it. When I heard the signalization of my car, I quickly arrived at the car park. But, until I came, your son had already run away. And than, While asking the children who were playing there, I knew that your boy had done it and went away with fear. I know, your son is still a child and he did not want to steal intentionally and he does not know it yet. However, the most visible problem was that a toy which was your son broke with stone, full of liquid and it flew down in the radio. As if the broken windscreen was not enough, now the radio is not working today. I would therefore be grateful if you could give me a full refund for broken windscreen and no working radio. Unless I hear from you within a week, I shall have to take legal advice on the matter. I hope we can sort this matter out amicably. Yours faithfully Mohinur
