Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writing to complete about my computer which I recently bought from your supermarket. After only two days thing started to go wrong.
On the 4 th of December I visited one of local store in order to buy computer which was desktop. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item which was controlled by shop assistant. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. When I came back home I saw broken keyboard and mouse. Then I was going to write but I did not use. Furthermore, I was not able to connect on the internet for searching and download several information.
Before I paid for it we had tested the television and adds which seemed to function well, however after three days of using, it didn't function properly the main problem is that is broken keyboard and mouse.
I would like you to replace the desktop with well functioning one. U expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem. I look forward to receiving to reply
