Dear Mr. ABC, Manager, A1 Airlines. My name is Rashmi and I am writing this letter to bring an unexpected incident which occurred today morning when I landed at New Delhi International airport from Mumbai domestic airport. I had booked a connecting flight to Dubai with your airlines, for which I was supposed to re-submit my luggage. However, while waiting for my belongings at the conveyor belt, I found that somehow my stuff was left at Mumbai airport. I had checked it in there, and have a valid slip for the same. I have attached the luggage slip here for your referral. Moreover, I later realized that there were few more passengers like me. Unfortunately, the entire process was so delayed that I could not catch my flight for Dubai. Consequently, I am already delayed for the conference I had to attend.
