Dear Sir/Mam, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your service. Last monday, I ordered a branded handbag from your e-commerce website 'Flipkart'. I was really excited but when I got the parcel then I become upset because it was different handbag. Actually, I purchased a leather handbag of 'Zara' brand in light pink colour which has multiple columns along with golden chain. My order number is 268273. I am also attaching my receipt with this letter. Unfortunately, this purse is completely dissimilar from that which I saw in your 'Flipkart' application. First of all, it is not a original leather and its zipper is not working properly. Moreover, the colour of this bag is dull pink. It might be the fault of manufacturing. As a solution, and because, I like the design and look of this handbag. I am requesting you that replace this bag with new one. Otherwise, I want full refund.
