My full name is Khurshida Mamasodikova, presently working at school as an English teacher. I am a newer teacher and I have problems with my character. Because of my politeness, sometimes I can not manage my audience. What can I do? Should I be more strict for them? How can I encourage my pupils who has got some problems in their family and does not interested in learning English well.
