Please note that the order was for a cheque book, which I was told to receive within two weeks. However, the latter timeframe has passed already and no parcel or envelop has reached my inbox.
With this writing I express my disappointment in your colleagues' performance and would like to get familiarised with your further actions, as manager, in solving this unpleasant incident and reaching to a speedy solution.
Please take into consideration that I requested for this cheque book at your branch in preson as I was informed it would be much faster than doing it online. I had to wait in line for about two hours and, in addition to that, the customer represantative kept forgetting what my order was about for three times. I hope my sharing with the bad service I was rendered with will bring improvement to your bank henceforward.
